The Yoga of Horsemanship
Workshop Combines Yoga and Horses, Horses Provided

Increase your awareness through yoga and horsemanship.  Improve your strength, flexibility, focus, and balance on the yoga mat, in the saddle, and in your life.  Long time yoga teacher and life skills retreat leader, Cathy Woods, is presenting a  4-hour workshop “The Yoga of Horsemanship” on Saturday June, 11 (rain date, June 12) beginning at 12:30pm at Winding Creek Stables in Asheville.  Horses are provided, no horse or yoga experience is necessary.

Yoga is the practice of being totally present doing one thing at one time.  This workshop connects yoga and horsemanship to experience what it means to be fully present, a life skill that participants can apply to any activity. This is not a riding instruction or training workshop, but rather explores the parallels of yoga and horsemanship.

For more information visit www.cathywoodsyoga.com.  The cost of the workshop is $50. To register, contact Winding Creek Stables by email windingcreekstablesnc@gmail.com or call 828-337-2250.
