ADDED SECURITY COMING TO N.C. DRIVER LICENSE

Future license will feature 3-D photos, tamper-resistant cards
RALEIGH – North Carolina driver licenses will undergo changes by 2012 which will allow the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles to produce more secure and tamper-resistant licenses and identification cards.
